Treasurer’s Report: Carl Burney – Passed a current Club’s balance sheet around for members to see. Income was: Membership Renewals. Expense was: Melissa Thorngren-Picnic Food and Lavendar Crest Room Deposit. Charity: Income was: 50/50, Auctions and Donations. Expense was: Glass Favorites Corvette Club (Galesburg). Bank put the $ intended to go into the Main Account into the Charity Account, so a check was written to transfer the amount and it still got put into the Charity instead of the Main. Will have to get this corrected. Motion to accept Treasurer’s report made by Jeff Olson and seconded by Barb Huff. Motion carried.

Dale Samuelson did the timing. 40 participated in the racing. Final $ numbers to come after all expenses are figured. Thanked Mike and Deb Alvarado, Bob Bateman, Terry Johnson for being workers and Roger Miller (who raced). Saturday’s course was tough with missed gates and cones hit, but technical. Sundays course fast and not as technical. Roger stated that he thought it was very well run.

Old Business: Nothing.
New Business: Will have to get dates for Spring Rallye as it would fall on Easter and Low Speed as it would be during the Nation Convention. John will check on this at the NCCC meeting. Glass Favorites Corvette Club (Galesburg) is working on planning a trip to Tail of the Dragon in September 2025 and asked if anyone from our Club would be interested in joining. Information will be forthcoming as plans develop. Auction Items topic was discussed. Wondered if selling raffle tickets for the items would be a better way to go instead of bidding. As our Webmaster is leaving, questions about if there was a Corvette template thru the NCCC website, will be checked into. Bishop Hill School built in 1840 as a colony building was asked about putting on our year end Charity donations list.
Everyone was asked to help clean up the meeting room and invited to Luli’s.
