Nov. 15 Morning Regional Meeting
New NCCC cards will be mailed in late January or early February. Black cards for NCCC lifetime members will not be mailed out as they do not expire.
As of November 13, 16,420 members and 232 clubs in NCCC. So far, this is down 1054 members and 16 clubs. This will change as renewals finish up.
The Wisconsin Dells Convention showed profits of $7046.00.
2026 Convention will be held in Syracuse, New York.
2027 Convention will be held in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
MWC Rallye is scheduled for 4 events on April 19, 2026.
MWC Low speed is scheduled for 10 events for our club and 4 events for Northern Rays on July 11 and 12, 2016.
Nov. 15 Afternoon NCCC Governors Meeting
Corvette Museum is having a car give-away of a ’67 Corvette. Details should be on the Museum website.
Renewals were progressing slowly.
157 members converted to lifetime members. It is usually only a half dozen or so each year.
Insurance should now be finalized. There have been no claims for speed events over the last 4 years. It was found that the Lake of Ozarks club ran speed events without insurance coverage since they did not request it, exposing them to liability, but there were no incidents.
Much discussion about going from 4 to 3 meetings per year. It would not go through until 2028 due to hotel contract. Voted on keeping February, September and November in person meetings and using something like Zoom for May meetings. 145 in favor and 65 opposed to going to three meetings a year. Elimination of one in-person meeting may save between $30-$35K a year.
Membership: Cindy Kuehner – If you have a lost or damaged, need a name change on your Club name tag, let Cindy know, she’ll get you a new one. If you have changes (car, plates, address, phone, etc.) let Cindy know so she can update the information. And don’t forget – members can update their information themselves including any updates to your Corvette model, year, color, and license plate.
We have the same number of members and no guests tonight. Membership is at 111, no more have dropped and that number includes honorary/lifetime members.
Social: Donna Jochim – We welcome and encourage all members to take an active role to plan and lead one drive out. No dinner in December. Breakfast 12/16 at Flags in Davenport. Awards Banquet 12/7 at Lavender Crest.
Speed: Jeff Bellmyer – Slow time of the year as thinking about snowmobiles now.
Communications: Jeff Olson – Reminder emails are sent at least 1 per week. If you are not getting these, contact Jeff and he can help you with this or go to the Club website and under the Members tab there is a link for MailChimp, enter your name and email to sign up to receive emails.

Galesburg and Muscatine Clubs: would we like to invite them to participate in events with our Club? (Clubs would need to be NCCC members to participate.) Motion by Sue Severs, second by Patti Bellmyer. Passed.
Sean McKay: Car Show: Teagen ______ was a judge; she’d been treated at St. Jude’s and currently is cancer free. She had a tough time picking the car; the C1 was picked. Motion by Sean that we write a check to her for $200. We have $150 from the mileage contest and add to it to get it to $200 and give it to Teagen; Carol Mathis first, Quint Early second, passed.
Sean McKay is retiring in April; for 19 years Lake of the Ozarks has been in the plan; will be coming back here as parents are here and need help. Due to this retirement to Missouri, he can’t commit to leading the car show this next year as he can’t do it justice with leading it from Missouri.
