New Business: Bylaws are to be reviewed early in the fiscal year; they were recently revised; at our Board meeting just before this meeting, discussed and nothing new needs to be done. Motion by Sean McKay, second by Del Traub, motion accepted as they are.

Volunteers needed to lead annual picnic. Asking for a committee to plan this and a drive out if one is wanted. Last year Jeff and Gail Olsen organized the picnic part; there was not a drive out. We had catered food, pies, set $ amount to pay and you only needed to bring your drink. Jeff Olson will reserve the shelter for this year; who will step up to organize/lead this annual event?

For MWC’s 65th anniversary car show, the benefit was for St. Jude hospital. This year’s car show needs another volunteer to lead that, not Sean McKay as he retires in 30 days and they plan to travel. Theme will be needed, car show committee needed to plan and execute this. Sean will pass along his notes. Discussion; this is tabled until the April meeting.

Meeting adjourned 7:35 p.m.

Final thoughts: Sharon Langel is in hospice; battling cancer for over five years; Denny Waddell, one of the founding members of this club, is at home on hospice; our sympathy to Sean McKay on the passing of his father.

Respectfully submitted,
