Welcome New Members
Welcome, Congratulations, & Thank You!
We are very glad you have joined Mid-West Corvettes. Welcome to the club. Get ready to have some fun with other Corvette lovers. We hope to provide you with some information about our club in order for you to get the most out of your MWC experience. Ready? Let’s get started.
Important, Make Sure To Do This!

The club uses MailChimp for sending club news and information to our members. You need to sign up for MailChimp (it’s super easy & quick) in order to receive these emails. Just go to the Members menu and click on MailChimp signup and fill out the form. Better yet, here’s a handy link you can use.
MWC Founder: Paul Castle
Paul Castle came up with the idea to start a club for Corvette owners in 1960. You have to remember that communication was a lot different in 1960. No cell phones. No email. No voice mail. No text. You mailed letters, called people (if they weren’t home, you had to call back). You needed to be persistent. Everything our club is today is due to the determination and vision of Paul Castle.

Since 1960
Corvette
Throughout the years there have been many changes. Like 8 generations of Corvette. Those early solid axle cars were vastly different from the current version of America’s Sports Car
MWC
Meetings
We get together on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm. Eriksen Chevrolet graciously provides the meeting room and there are usually a couple of new Corvettes available to temp you. Many members gather after the meeting for food and conversation at a nearby establishment.

MWC Website
Mid-West Corvettes has a great website (yes, this one) that provides a wealth of information for our members, while also serving as a marketing tool to attract new members.
Most areas of our website are available to the general public, but we do require our members to login in order to access certain private pages on the site.
You can login by clicking on LOG IN from the main menu. You will need your username or email and your password. If you don’t remember your password you can reset it by choosing “Lost your password?” on the Log In screen. That will trigger an email containing a link to reset your password.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL AFTER CLICKING ON LOST YOUR PASSWORD, CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL OR SPAM FOLDER.
There is quite a bit of information on our website. We have tried to preserve the history of the club while keeping current.
Our calendar contains all of our events and helps keep members informed of all the happenings within the club.
Our Members section is private and only accessible to current MWC club members. Here you’ll find our membership lists including a handy “in car” list arranged by Color to allow you to easily identify a fellow member during Drive Outs.
We invite you to spend some time looking around the website and please ask any questions you like.
If you need help with the website, please use this help button.
